Starting from now on, all foreign nationals who are to fly to China via or direct from The Gambia should apply for Health Declaration Certificate online and obtain a green QR code with "HDC" mark.

　　Foreign nationals could visit the Health Declaration Certificate system (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ or scan the QR code below )through computers or mobile phones and other terminals to fill in the information, declare the health status and upload below materials:

　　1) Negative nucleic acid test and IgM anti-body test results (both tests must be conducted within 48 hours before boarding the flight);

　　2) Passport information page;

　　3) Itinerary of air travel.

　　After the Chinese Embassy in The Gambia has examined and approved the application, the passenger will receive an electronic Health Declaration Certificate via the online system, which is a green QR code marked with "HDC". Passengers must present the electronic or printed version of the green QR code with the "HDC" mark to the airlines upon boarding.
