On February 7, H.E. Ambassador Liu Jin met with Hon. Baboucarr Bouy, Minister of Public Service, Administrative Reforms, Policy Coordination and Delivery. The two sides exchanged views on cooperation in civil servants training and capacity building, and looked forward to further development of bilateral relations in the Year of the Dragon.
