1.Please check the visa requirement or visa-free arrangements by visiting the website of Macao SAR Public Security Police Force at https://www.fsm.gov.mo/psp/cht/main.html.

2.Apart from diplomatic passport holders, other citizens of Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Viet Nam should apply for a visa at Chinese diplomatic or consular missions abroad before entering Macao SAR.

3.Application Procedures

Applicants can submit visa applications at the Consular Affairs Hall of the Embassy.

4.Documents Required

4.1Original passport with over 6 months’ validity and blank visa pages, and a photocopy of the passport’s information page

4.2The application form for a visa for Macao SAR that has been filled out in a truthful, complete, and accurate manner

4.3One 2-inch, recently-taken, full face, and bare-headed color photo

5.Processing Time and Fees

5.1Visas to be processed and issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate:

Regular service: 4 working days, GMD 2100

Express service: 3 working days, an additional fee of GMD 1700 per visa will be charged

5.2The processing time for visa applications that need to be referred to the Macao SAR Public Security Police Force will be extended.
