On November 7, H.E. Ambassador Liu Jin paid a courtesy call on H.E. Vice President Muhammed B.S Jallow.

H.E. Ambassador Liu briefed H.E. Vice President Jallow on the new developments in China-Gambia relations over the past year since the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit, particularly the exchange visits to China by over a thousand Gambian representatives from various sectors.

Both sides expressed deep satisfaction with the vigorous development of bilateral relations, and shared the outlook and confidence that, in the coming year, both sides would work together to continue implementing the consensus reached by the two heads of state and the outcomes of FOCAC Summit, further expanding exchanges and deepening cooperation.
